Daniel
Coming from a communications and public relations background, Daniel honed his skills in branding, community building, media engagement, and content marketing while working at Weber Shandwick, where he represented General Motors, CKE Restaurants (Carl’s Jr. and Hardee’s), Hewlett-Packard, Verizon, Pepsi, and Bandai America Incorporated.
His redesign and management of the General Motors Western Region Communications blog won the 2010 Bronze SABRE Award. In 2008, he earned the University of Southern California’s Cardinal Award for his work reimagining the interactivity of the USC Housing website. Prior to that, he was part of the design team at the washingtonpost.com creating the digital experience for what would later garner the Washington Post the 2008 Pulitzer Prize in Public Service for their coverage exposing the mistreatment of wounded veterans at Walter Reed Hospital.
John
John Cheng is a designer and artist currently living in Southern California. A lifelong creator and maker, John is skilled in a variety of processes —including printmaking, silk screening, drawing, painting, model molds, and photography — that allow him to bring any idea to life across various media.
Currently as the Creative Director at Winnow+Glean, John specializes in Brand Identity development, front end website design, and illustration collaborating with brands and organizations such as Formula Drift, Fullerton School District, The Greater Los Angeles Zoo Association, Integral Aerospace, Mavuno Harvest, and The University of Southern California.
As an artist (MadebyEnger), John’s current body of acrylic and gouache paintings dives into humankind’s innate desire to collect, especially the things perceived to have value.
Eugene
An ardent full-stack web developer, Eugene delights in creating vibrant and efficient web solutions. With a robust foundation in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, React, Shopify Liquid, Twig, and backend technologies like Node/Express.js, he excels at bringing simple solutions to complex problems to life through code. His work transcends mere functionality in web applications; it's an opportunity to create - a fusion of creativity and problem-solving, culminating in elegant and efficient digital experiences.Eugene’s fascination with technology extends beyond the digital realm. He is also a proficient builder and experimenter with computers, demonstrating a comprehensive understanding of both software and hardware aspects of technology.
